Swan restaurant in Miami sign at entrance

Swan is Pharrell & David Grutmans restaurant located in the heart of Miami’s design district. Pharrell is why I know about this place and solely why I dined here. Any Pharrel fans in the building? Okay, okay y’all are in the right place.

“Would you like to dine inside or outside?”

That’s a great question to start off any dining situation. With the Miami heat, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be outside but it was all good cause’ the courtyard was heavily shaded with white drapes, fans and beautiful greenery! The inside interior is girly with pink and green pastels, artwork on shelves and a gorgeous bathroom to match. Since I’m going in on the ambience, I can’t go on further without mentioning the music. PHARREL HAD THAT BITCH JUMPIN’!! Haha, no but forreal it was all soulful music, D'Angelo, with a hint of Frank Ocean vibes.

Service from beginning to end was attentive, comfortable and accommodating. If I’m ever in between a couple options on the menu, I'll ask my server to take the lead and choose for me. Surprise me haha! Shoutout to that boy. He led me right with the drinks, apps and entrees.

We started with octopus, which was decent and reminded me of lobster (as far as the texture goes) until I got to the end of it’s tentacle. The cocktails were the best part of the entire meal I wanna say. It’s brunch so, we stuck with just one: Spicy Jaja Margarita & Purple Reign. A spicy margarita is my FAVORITE on vacation (you won’t find many of these in New Orleans–If yall know, comment below). This margarita has strong notes of passionfruit that I loved.

Now let’s get down to the food: Short Rib Fusilli (rosemary, parmesan), King Salmon (farro, avocado, grapefruit) . I didn't know what to expect for my entree but it was yummy. The salmon dish was different mainly because of its components. Grapefruit, avocado, then the farro. Farro is a type of grain that looks like brown rice, has a nutty flavor, and is chewy. This grain serves as a  great source of protein and fiber. Similar to quinoa; however, farro almost doubles the value compared to the same size serving of quinoa. So switch out your rice for quinoa, switch out your quinoa for farro. That’s for my health conscious folk.

That’s my foodie lesson for the day. You're welcome and I hope you enjoy this review.

Bon appetit b*tches!

**There’s a New Years party happenings here. I’d look into that if I’m in Miami during that time. But really all the restaurants out there are going UP. Choose wisely ;).

The knot in my stomach tightened as I stared at the empty crypto account. Six months of pouring my life savings into Quantum Gains Trading, a slick, professional platform promising astronomical, guaranteed returns. The founder had vanished, the website was a 404 error, and my entire retirement of $850,000 was gone. The police and financial regulators offered sympathy and a case number that would gather dust. I was devastated, ruined. In a desperate, late-night search, I stumbled upon Alpha Spy Nest, a private digital forensics and recovery firm. Their reputation was legendary, their fees steep, but their confidence was the first flicker of hope I’d felt. I contacted. They were blunt, Fake crypto trading is a digital ghost hunt. But they always leave a trace. Alpha Spy Nest didn’t chase the domain. They hunted for the money. They used sophisticated blockchain analysis, tracing the withdrawal transactions through a labyrinth of tumblers and intermediary wallets. It was like following a single drop of ink in the ocean. After weeks, they found a pattern, the stolen funds were eventually aggregated into a handful of high-security, offshore cold storage wallets before being slowly converted to fiat and withdrawn. The scammer was meticulous, but predictable. The breakthrough came when Alpha Spy Nest cross-referenced the unique transaction patterns with known criminal syndicate markers. They identified a specific cluster of wallets linked to a notorious Eastern European fraud ring. More importantly, they found a critical vulnerability, a single, brief period when the syndicate always moved a portion of their holdings for operating expenses, cycling it through a less-secure centralized exchange in a small Asian country. I recovered $795,000 over 93% of my lost savings. The emotional recovery would take longer, but Alpha Spy Nest hadn’t just recovered money; they had recovered my future. I was locked out of my Ledger wallet after a firmware update and in an instant, years of crypto investments were out of reach. My recovery phrase wasn’t working, Ledger support was unresponsive, and every online ‘solution’ led nowhere. I genuinely thought I had lost everything.

Then I found SPYHOST CYBERSECURITY COMPANY and they changed everything. Their team immediately launched a firmware rollback protocol to restore the Ledger to a stable version. Then, using advanced memory snapshot analysis, they were able to extract fragments of cached seed data from previous device states which i didn’t even know was possible. Within 72 hours, my wallet was restored and every single coin was back in my control.

These aren’t just tech experts, they’re digital rescue specialists. If you’re locked out, hacked, or scammed, I highly recommend SPYHOST CYBERSECURITY COMPANY. They’re professional, fast, and absolutely the best in the game. Don’t waste time or risk more loss. Instead, get in touch with SPYHOST . They saved my crypto, and they can save yours too. Two years single in A, I’d poured my heart into crypto, converting 12,500 euros into Bitcoin to build a future. But a phishing scam disguised as a flirty email from a “naval officer”—stole it all. The blockchain confirmed the theft; my wallet was empty. Police were clueless, and loneliness amplified my despair. X posts warned of scams, but one mentioned Cyber Codex Revolution. Hesitant, I emailed [email protected]. They responded: “We’re forensic experts. Send the detail fees upfront. I shared the transaction hash and phishing email. Their team—hackers, coders, traced the BTC through mixers to a shady exchange. “We’ve got a trail,” they messaged. Using legal leverage and exchange partnerships, they froze the funds. After tense negotiations, my phone lit up: “BTC recovered. Check your wallet. My 12,500 euros returned, secure in a new wallet. Cyber Codex Revolution didn’t just save my savings; they restored my hope. Single or not, I learned trust in justice can outshine even the darkest scams. Now, I spread their name proof that in the wild crypto frontier, justice can still win.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around what just happened. My name is Chao Han, and I’m a crypto investor. I’ve been in the game long enough to know the risks, but I never thought I’d fall victim to something like this. I lost my wallet’s 12-word seed phrase, and with it, access to approximately $300,000 worth of Bitcoin and $200,000 worth of USDT. Panic set in as I realized I might never see that money again. I scoured the internet for solutions, tried every recovery tool and software, but nothing worked. The more I searched, the more desperate I became. It felt like I’d lost all hope when a friend recommended Passcode Cyber Recovery. I’d heard mixed reviews, but at that point, I was willing to try anything. I reached out to Passcode Cyber Recovery, and they responded promptly. Their team walked me through the process, explaining what they could and couldn’t do. They asked for details about my wallet, the circumstances of the loss, and what I remembered about the seed phrase. It was a thorough process, but I appreciated their professionalism as a week went by, and I hadn’t heard much. I’d almost given up hope again when they contacted me with an update. They’d made some progress and needed more information. I provided what they asked for, and a few days later, they informed me they’d successfully recovered my seed phrase! I was ecstatic. I couldn’t believe it. They gave me step-by-step instructions on how to access my wallet, and to my amazement, it worked. I logged in, and there it was my Bitcoin and USDT, safe and sound. I transferred them to a new wallet immediately, just to be sure. I’m still in shock, to be honest. Passcode Cyber Recovery did the impossible. I’d heard stories about people losing their crypto forever due to lost seed phrases, and I thought I’d become one of them. But they proved me wrong. Their service wasn’t cheap, but considering the amount of money I would’ve lost, it was worth every penny. I’d recommend them to anyone in a similar situation without hesitation. They’re the real deal.
