Each dish pulled from Singaporean influence and the chef’s Indian heritage—plating that looked Michelin-starred, flavors that filled and excited. The interactive sushi roll was a playful surprise, while every course carried spice, freshness, and a story.
Service elevated the entire experience. Our lead server, Sam, guided the night with subtlety and emotional intelligence—pacing our meal with intuition more than words. The chef himself checked in, a gesture I always admire in fine dining.
